Councilmember David Schmidt moved to approve the consent agenda and Councilmember Larry Miller seconded; the roll-call vote recorded Schmidt and Miller voting aye and Councilmember David Baltz abstaining. The motion carried.
City financial listings presented to the council showed a combined total of $210,673.99 for bills and payroll. Notable line items in the published list included JEO Consulting Group ($40,025.25), Dana F. Cole & Company ($19,400.00) and bi-weekly payroll of $55,172.92. The list included dozens of vendors and routine municipal charges.
