Union, district to reconcile MOUs and proposed August bargaining dates

Union and district negotiators reviewed a shared tracker listing appendices and memoranda of understanding (MOUs) that the union said have accumulated since the last ratification. The union described a color-coded spreadsheet (keep, delete, modify/insert into articles) and said the district had found a binder of MOUs that were not previously reconciled.
"So this is our start," a union presenter said, explaining the goal: a single shared document so both sides can agree which appendices and MOUs remain valid and which will be incorporated into the CBA or deleted. The union asked that any MOU that parties want to retain be placed on the tracker and negotiated/printed with the CBA; otherwise, the union said, outstanding MOUs would be considered expired.
The parties also proposed additional bargaining session dates: July 28 and several possible August dates (Aug. 3–5, Aug. 20, and Aug. 24–26). Negotiators agreed to caucus, review the tracker electronically and return with counters. No binding scheduling was finalized during the session.
