Clerk-Treasurer Rick Roberts presented the claims: General Fund $223,837.12; Water Fund $13,411.62; Sewer Fund $28,215.38; Senior Shuttle $1,271.62; Unaudited Vouchers $31,347.87, totaling $298,683.11. Trustee Paul Garrone moved to approve payment and Trustee Denise Davies seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
Roberts also circulated a memo proposing transfers including: General Fund increases—A11101 Village Court personal service +$200; A31201 Police personal service +$5,300; A90108 NYS Retirement (ERS) +$3,750; A72800 Granville Recreation Commission +$1 (rounding); offset by a reduction to A51134 Street Paving -$8,700 and A90158 NYS Retirement (PFRS) -$551. Water and Sewer funds had corresponding ERS increases and offsets (Water F90108 +$601 with F83402 -$601; Sewer G90108 +$1,681 with G90608 -$1,681).
Deputy Mayor Dean Hyatt moved to approve the transfers; Trustee Paul Garrone seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
