The Village of Granville Board on June 2 authorized the Village Clerk to advertise a public hearing for July 7 at 7:00 p.m. on a building-permit application from Pamela Thomas to place a new double-wide mobile home on property on Slate Valley Drive.
Mayor Paul Labas said Local Ordinance Officer Curtis Pedone reviewed the application and deemed it complete; the next procedural step is a public hearing so neighbors and other stakeholders can comment. Trustee Denise Davies moved that the clerk advertise the hearing; Trustee Heather Leaman seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
No additional permit conditions, variances or staff recommendations were recorded in the public minutes. The board did not take a final vote on the permit at the June 2 meeting; the public hearing on July 7 is the next scheduled step in the process.
