Council Member Sowa moved at 6:23 p.m. to go into closed session for collective bargaining discussions; Council Member Fox supported the motion and the council returned to open session at 6:34 p.m. After the closed session, Council Member Fox moved to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a three-year extension to the collective bargaining agreement between Teamsters Local 214 employees and the City, extending the agreement to expire June 30, 2029.
