County commissioners approve minutes, payrolls and accounts payable and handle administrative business

A request form for a transfer from the accrued benefits non-capital reserve fund to the general fund in the amount of $98,263.84 was signed, though no vote was recorded. The board approved advertising the Mountain View Community irrigation RFP (Parker/Chandler, 3-0) and signed a letter supporting funding for the MWV Adult Day Center based on a prior decision.
