Stetson selectmen address cemetery stone repair, Meeting House septic alarm and Town Office gutter

During committee reports the selectmen heard that MacIntosh accepted responsibility for a broken headstone on the Merrill plot; Julie Brownie said MacIntosh will either repair the stone himself or the town will obtain an estimate from Maine Grave Site. Brownie is pursuing an estimate to determine the cost if the town must contract the repair.
Under old business, Danielle Davis was assigned to contact John Stone Plumbing and Heating to address a septic alarm at the Meeting House and to contact Catherine Miller about whether an upcoming wedding should be treated as a separate rental. Davis was also asked to reach out to local roofing companies to seek someone to install a gutter at the Town Office.
No formal votes were taken on these maintenance items; selectmen directed staff to obtain estimates and vendor options and to return updates at a future meeting.
