Spring Grove reviews January finances and service contracts; City of Richmond fire contract adoption postponed for lack of quorum

Planning Commissioner Jeff Holthouse reported that the town had received contracts from Rinehart's for grass mowing and tree trimming and that he will provide further information at the March 10 meeting. The minutes record no votes or other formal actions on contracts or salaries at the Feb. 10 meeting.
