The St. Paul Town Council opened a public hearing on the town's 2026 budget at about 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 7 and closed the hearing at 8:32 p.m. after receiving no public comments recorded in the minutes. Council members then voted to adopt the 2026 budget.
Minutes record that '2025 AN ORDINANCE OR RESOLUTION FOR APPROPRIATIONS AND TAX RATES' was then presented and adopted. Council member Tim Ray made the motion to adopt the ordinance; Council member Kim Livingston seconded. The minutes record a unanimous aye roll call vote by Council members Joshua Sangl, Timothy Ray and Kim Livingston.
