The St. Paul Town Council handled several routine administrative items and a small traffic-control request at its June 3, 2025 meeting.
The council approved the minutes of the May 6, 2025 meeting after a motion by Tim Ray and a second from Kim Livingston; the minutes record the motion as carried but do not provide a tally. Tony George requested permission to mark the frontage of his 24/7 self-storage units at 503 E Jefferson Street as a no-parking/loading zone; the council granted permission for the owner to mark the area accordingly.
Clerk/Treasurer Alyssa Hall presented payroll allowance dockets, accounts payable vouchers, May water/sewer bill adjustments and the monthly financial report for council approval. A transfer of funds within the same bank in the amount of $5,500 (from account 1001001352.000 to 1001001351.000) was presented and recorded for approval. The minutes also note equipment was ordered to enable recorded monthly council meetings and that staff continue processing asset records with Mike Crowley.
Old-business items were briefly revisited, including a listing for Brooks Stripping (for follow-up), parking in front of the museum and a stop-sign discussion at Franklin and Jackson; the Marshall was assigned to follow up. The meeting adjourned at 8:54 p.m.
The minutes do not include detailed vote tallies for the approvals recorded.
