The St. Paul Town Council held first readings of two proposed ordinances intended to strengthen local code enforcement.
Councilmember Tim Ray presented Ordinance 2025_1, which would prohibit dumping of solid waste in town, and Ordinance 2025_2, which would set procedures for removal of unsafe buildings. Both items were opened to council and public comment; the minutes record no public comments and no final votes were taken at the meeting.
