Planning Board continues two public hearings and holds over Lexington Townhomes after no-shows

Co-Chair Crystal Pickard introduced motions to adjourn the continued public hearings for Buckingham Properties (PB2023-00443; 118 N. Bedford Road & 126 Barker Street) and Reliable Auto and Truck Repair (PB2023-0440; 21 Cary Place) to the August 13, 2024 Planning Board meeting. Both motions were seconded by W. Robert Phillips and carried by a vote of 6 to 0. The record notes that the applicants did not appear for either hearing.
The Lexington Townhomes application (PB2024-0460; 325 Lexington Avenue) did not have a representative present. The board decided to hold the application over to the July 9 Planning Board agenda pending receipt of a letter from the applicant or representative.
Co-Chair Michael McGuirk moved to close the meeting; Mr. Phillips seconded. The motion to adjourn the June 25 meeting carried 6 to 0 and the meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
