The Mount Kisco Planning Board on Sept. 24 granted two six‑month extensions for previously approved projects and continued a separate public hearing.
Viktor Solarik, representing the owner of the Fortunato Cambareri property at 175 Main Street (PB2022-0426), updated the board and requested an extension. Co‑Chair Crystal Pickard moved to extend the resolution of approval by six months to March 28, 2025; Michael McGuirk seconded and the motion carried 4–0.
Luisa Granda of Neighbors Link appeared for the change‑of‑use application at 350 Lexington Avenue (PB2023-0445). Ms. Pickard moved to grant a six‑month extension of the resolution of approval to March 14, 2025; Mr. McGuirk seconded and the motion carried 4–0.
Separately, the board continued the public hearing for Asset Realty & Construction Group (2 Morgan Drive; PB2023-0444) to Oct. 22, 2024 after a motion by Ms. Pickard, seconded by Barbara Roppolo, carried 4–0.
Attendance and next steps: the motions were unanimous among the four members present; most extended approvals retain existing resolution conditions and will return to the board if additional action is required.
