At its July 9 meeting the Mount Kisco Planning Board reviewed site plan revisions for Asaro Properties at 173 Lexington Avenue (PB2023‑0453). Applicant representative Viktor Solarik presented updated parking and façade plans.
The Board discussed site lighting and façade improvements. Building Inspector Peter J. Miley stated that the parking shown on the plan negates the need for a variance. The Planning Board directed Village Planner Jan K. Johannessen to draft a resolution for consideration at the August 13 meeting.
The minutes record no formal vote on the plan itself; direction to staff was the recorded board action for follow up.
