Representatives for Asset Realty & Construction Group presented updated site plans and architectural designs for 2 Morgan Drive (PB2023‑0444) at the Mount Kisco Planning Board meeting on July 9.
Attorney Brian Sinsabaugh (Zarin & Steinmetz), engineer Paul Dumont (JMC), Louis Vanderloecht (GMA) and Dino Tomassetti described changes made in response to Planning Board and consultant comments, including architectural revisions, steep slopes and wetlands mitigation notes. Village Planner Jan K. Johannessen reviewed tree preservation and lighting comments. The Board discussed the Architectural Review Board’s prior feedback and considered a requested parking waiver.
Matthew Dudley offered public comment via Zoom. After discussion, Co‑Chair Michael McGuirk moved to adjourn the public hearing to August 13, 2024 for continued review; Crystal Pickard seconded. The motion carried, 6‑0.
The continuance gives the board and consultants time to review outstanding comments, the requested parking waiver, and any final Architectural Review Board input before the board resumes the hearing.
