UMMC also clarified that funding sources for the expanded project will include the $100 million provided by the legislature in Senate Bill 3051 (Laws of 2026) along with other sources identified in the project materials.
Board staff reviewed legal and environmental materials and recommended approval for both items. Trustees approved the measures on the record.
