Pasco to outline fireworks rules, noise complaint procedures ahead of July 4

Warner noted the city will report on how it handles noise complaints tied to fireworks. She said certain types of fireworks are legal in Pasco from June 28 through July 5, but there are time limits on when they may be used; the preview directed viewers to the city website for detailed guidance.
The council will receive staff briefing and guidance at the June 22 workshop; any enforcement actions or ordinance changes were not described in the preview.
