For 56 Green Hill Road the minutes note a "dry" settlement on Dec. 18, 2024 (no monetary exchange at that meeting) and that the Board of Supervisors later approved contingency funds to pay for acreage discovered by the surveyor; Rob Shaw is to deliver the payment to the property owner on Dec. 20, 2024.
