Separately, the board authorized employees James Stevens, Susan Hostetler, and Kenneth DeShong to act as the Authority’s authorized agents to execute vehicle title documents for two vehicles the Authority will obtain this year: one gasoline‑powered F‑550 with a Stahl utility service body and one diesel‑powered F‑550 with a 9‑foot aluminum dump bed.
The truck purchase motion and the authorization for title work were recorded in the minutes as carrying on motions led by David Lenker II and Ronald Secary. The minutes do not record a dollar figure for the second vehicle; the authorization applies to title processing only.
The meeting did not include further discussion of financing for the equipment beyond the recorded approval.
