The board also approved Payment #19 to PACT ONE LLC for $546,276.71, which the minutes say concludes payments on that contract.
Why it matters: The North I‑81 sewer extension was completed in August 2024 and the closeout payments and associated paving work represent the bulk of the Authority’s capital outlays for the month.
