LPRB asks supervisors to approve Silver Spring Township 55% offer and incentives for Raudabaugh parcels

A second motion, by Rob Shaw and seconded by Sharon Wevodau, asked supervisors to approve the same 55% offer for the Raudabaugh property at 16 Green Hill Road and also passed unanimously. Two additional motions recorded the board's approval of the township incentive offer amounts for both parcels; those motions, made by Frank Evelhoch and Gerald Boyd and seconded as noted in the minutes, were likewise approved unanimously.
The motions name specific tax parcel identifiers for both locations and ask the Board of Supervisors to adopt the offer and incentive positions recommended to the township by the Cumberland County Agricultural Land Preservation Board. The minutes show each motion was moved, seconded, and "approved unanimously," but do not list individual roll-call votes.
The actions followed an executive session that the minutes state convened at 7:25 p.m. and ended at 8:15 p.m. The board then recorded the four motions that together formalize the township's request to the Board of Supervisors on the Raudabaugh parcels.
