Middletown council approves contracts, $681,375 Bowen pay application and downtown TIFF resolution

The council further voted to designate Dave Wagner as signature authority for SRF documents. The motion, made by Dan Fountain and seconded by Jake Smith, passed 5-0. The minutes record that designation without providing Wagner’s job title beyond the authorization.
