County: Nyeland Acres Community Center plans to be submitted this summer; RFP expected in November

At the March 19 meeting of the El Rio/Del Norte Municipal Advisory Council, Justin Bertoline of the County Executive Office updated the council on the Nyeland Acres Community Center project timeline.

Councilmember Brenda Heredia announced that HERO will host a mental wellness fair on March 21 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and said the local group Nyeland Promise will receive an award from the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) in May. Councilmember Julie Hupp raised concerns about potholes on Vineyard Avenue.
