City Manager Mary Ellen Bechtel said there are sufficient audited numbers through April 30, 2023 to review the General Corporate account and prepare projections. Bailey reviewed the budget and the five‑year projection and answered council questions. The council received supporting documents for each fund except the water and sewer funds; staff said the auditors have not yet furnished the complete water and sewer information and that those figures will be provided when available.
