Upland council approves July financial reports and APV register

Clerk-Treasurer Mary Fletcher presented the town's July 2025 financial reports at the Sept. 2 Upland Town Council meeting and asked the council to approve routine accounting documents including the APV Register, Allowance Docket, Fund Report and Appropriation Report.
Council member Michael Harbin moved to approve those documents; Council member Heath Slain seconded, and the council voted 5-0 to approve the reports and register. Fletcher also announced a public hearing on the 2026 budget for Sept. 16 and an audit exit conference set for Sept. 10 at 10:00 a.m. The minutes note the Oct. 21 meeting will be cancelled because staff will be at the AIM Conference.
No public comment was recorded on the financial reports. The council's approval covers standard municipal financial reporting and authorizes payment processes reflected in the APV register for July.
