Council hears SR 22 bridge timetable, library groundbreaking and sidewalk work

Andrea Masvero of 1846 Enterprises provided an update on the Main Street Mile event and noted the Upland Library groundbreaking ceremony will take place on Aug. 31 at 4:00 p.m. Town Manager Jonathan Perez reported CCMG construction began last week with pouring of new sidewalks on South Street.
