The ordinance text recorded in the minutes states it "provid[es] for and adopt[s] for the City of Lake City, Arkansas, for the twelve (12) months beginning January 1, 2025, and ending December 31, 2025 appropriating money for each and every item of expenditures therein provided for; declaring an emergency to exist; and for other purposes."
