Board names two authorized bank signers and designates student activities treasurer

The district requires two signatures on checking accounts; the board noted the second signer cannot be the treasurer or assistant treasurer.
The board also designated Kathleen Manning as Student Activities Treasurer and noted that an assistant treasurer may be authorized; Katherine Brooks was confirmed as a permitted second signer on student-activities accounts. Board member Lacey moved to approve the authorized signers and the student-activities treasurer designation; board member Robin (for the signing motion) and Wendy (for the hiring motion) seconded as recorded and votes were unanimous.
These approvals were recorded as formal action under policy DGA to ensure proper internal controls for district accounts.
