She confirmed that Ms. Christine still has access to the stove, dishwasher and dishwashing station for limited use during the transition. Mrs. Warren thanked staff for their flexibility, saying the situation could have resulted in a school closure but instead has been managed to preserve service and teach students resilience.
Board member Ms. Robin Holt and Mrs. Warren discussed prior cafeteria damage from the previous year during the update. The board did not take specific additional action at the meeting beyond receiving the report and monitoring the reconstruction plan.
