The Sonoita Creek Flood and Flow Study Committee voted unanimously to approve minutes from its Oct. 16, 2025 meeting after a motion by Kate Tirion and second from Kathy Pasierb.
The committee then recommended the appointment of Allan Sanchez to its membership after Deputy County Manager Chris Young recommended him. Howard Buchanan moved the appointment, Kate Tirion seconded, and the motion passed unanimously. The meeting record notes the recommendation will be forwarded to the Patagonia Town Council for formal appointment.
Ron Robinson proposed a holiday hiatus and the committee approved it. The group set its next regular monthly meeting for Jan. 8, 2026. Ron moved to adjourn, Bob Proctor seconded, and the meeting adjourned by unanimous vote.
