Norton) $26,000; Honors Geometry (Kendall Hunt) $25,000. Devereaux noted that Indiana no longer enforces a strict six‑year adoption cycle except for required K–8 core reading programs.
Mrs. Jennifer Valentine moved to approve the adoption of instructional materials as presented and to authorize the superintendent to sign contracts; Dr. Christy Wessel-Powell seconded. The motion passed 4-0.
The board did not specify exact funding lines for each contract in the motion; staff were authorized to finalize contracts and return with any required administrative notifications.
