Vice President Steven Cords moved to adopt Ordinance 25-10-14-1 for the 2026 budget; Council Member Jeff Sorg seconded. The motion passed with all voting in favor.
The ordinance sets the town's appropriations for 2026 and will be forwarded to the state as required. The council did not record amendments or line-item changes during the meeting. The next procedural step is formal submission of the adopted ordinance to the State of Indiana for processing.
