Board approves Jan. 5 minutes, signs payroll and adjourns unanimously

During the Jan. 19 meeting Deputy Clerk Dolinski presented the minutes from the Jan. 5, 2026 meeting. Board of Works member Heckley moved to approve the minutes as corrected and Board of Works member Hoeppner seconded; the motion carried unanimously. The minutes record that Board of Works members also signed the city’s payroll.
Mayor Kelsey moved to adjourn the meeting, Board of Works member Hoeppner seconded, the motion carried unanimously, and the meeting was adjourned at 5:50 p.m.
