The Zionsville Community Schools Board of Trustees approved its consent agenda on Feb. 9, which included prior meeting minutes, personnel separations and new hires across certified, classified and ECA positions, out-of-state and overnight field trips, equipment purchases, multiple donations, disposal of surplus art furniture, security software renewal and server purchase, the 2025 year-end financial report, and the reports of claims and payroll.
Dr. Christy Wessel-Powell read the donations listed on the consent agenda aloud and thanked the community for its support. Donations included physical therapy equipment from the Jim Irsay Estate valued at $8,652.99 for ZCHS, a $650 donation from Scott and Elisabeth Benedict to a Lifeskills classroom, a $2,000 woodworking lathe and tools for the ZCHS Makerspace Club from Patricia D. Bledsoe, and multiple smaller classroom donations at Pleasant View Elementary. The consent agenda also listed claims of $11,149,562.26 and payroll of $4,702,429.59.
Jennifer Valentine moved to accept the consent agenda as presented; Michael Berg seconded. The motion passed 5–0.
