The council also approved claims and warrants totaling $60,350.02 (motion by Colleen Field, second by Zach Gordon; passed 5-0) and approved June 30 and July 13 bank reconciliations (moved by Colleen Field, seconded by Greg Jacoby; passed 5-0). The voucher packet approval was recorded as completed in the meeting minutes.
Town Marshal Mike Russo briefed the council on patrol activity, reporting that trespassers at a church were observed on security camera footage and that officers are prioritizing traffic enforcement on 75th Street, including stop sign violations. Councilor Cole Marr asked whether citations had increased; Russo replied that officers are being vigilant.
These items were handled as routine business; no budgetary transfers or contract awards were approved in the consent portion of the Sept. 9 meeting.
