The Window Rock Unified School District Governing Board unanimously approved a consolidated consent agenda Nov. 18 that included multiple expenditure and payroll vouchers, travel authorization and donations.
Vouchers approved included expenditure vouchers #2608 for $2,790,071.94, #2609 for $254,461.86 and #2610 for $1,108,966.15; payroll vouchers recorded included #10 for $254,461.86, #11 for $751,443.79 and #12 for $766,984.55. The board also approved out-of-state overnight travel for Acting Superintendent William Horsley and six designated district staff to attend the National ESEA Conference in Denver, Colorado, Feb. 9-13, 2026.
Donations approved included a 3D printer valued at $250 for Window Rock High School and 480 knitted beanies valued at $4,800 from the P.E.O. Philanthropic Educational Organization Sisterhood — Arizona Chapter for primary students. The consent agenda was moved by Dr. Jacquelyne Wauneka, seconded by Stephanie Calabaza, and carried on a 5-0 vote.
