Greentown council accepts minutes and approves dockets, reviews year-end fund totals

The Greentown Town Council on Jan. 21 moved to accept the minutes from Dec. 17, 2024 and approved the dockets covering Dec. 18 through Jan. 21. Council member James Skinner moved to accept the minutes; Debra Everling seconded the motion, which the minutes record as carried.
Council then reviewed fund reports and appropriation registers presented in caucus. The minutes list the following amounts: General Fund expenses for the period $38,537.82 and 2024 year-end General Fund $110,173.76; Water Fund $19,138.53 and 2024 year-end Water $11,556.06; Wastewater Fund $20,006.02 and 2024 year-end Wastewater $12,763.27; Stormwater Fund $16,888.06 and 2024 year-end Stormwater $850.00. The minutes also record an Invoice Cloud charge of $680.00. After review, Council member Mark Lantz moved to accept the dockets, seconded by Craig Standish; the motion carried.
The minutes do not include roll-call vote tallies for these approvals. The town clerk provided payroll registers for payroll ending Dec. 25, 2024 and Jan. 10, 2025 in caucus prior to the meeting.
