A commission member moved to accept the Cummins bid and another member seconded; commissioners voted in favor and the motion carried. The chair called for the vote and recorded ayes.
What’s next: staff will proceed with awarding the work to Cummins and scheduling the midlife engine rehabs; the commission took no other procurement actions at the meeting.
