Commissioners provisionally approve volunteer attorney agreement with Corrine Moon pending solicitor review

Staff will email the solicitor a Word version of the attachment for edits and will return the agreement for signing once the solicitor’s concerns are addressed.

The agreement is voluntary on Ms. Moon’s part; staff said she carries insurance coverage for her services and will not be paid by the county. The motion ensures the county solicitor can make any necessary language changes before the county executes the agreement.
