The manager also urged residents to attend a joint community discussion on storms and coastal flooding set for Sunday, June 8, 4–6 p.m., at the Sorrento‑Sullivan Recreation Center. The session is intended to collect community concerns and ideas for planning for storm surge, erosion and related coastal impacts.
