Board members noted the work affects non‑primary elevations and that the proposed frames and trim preserve existing sightlines. One member who visited the property said the front (primary) elevation would not be altered and thanked the applicant for preserving the front windows.
After a brief discussion, a board member moved to approve BAR24‑499 as presented; the motion was seconded and passed by voice vote.
The approval covers the rear and side window replacements with the condition that proposed trim and installation preserve the existing configuration and depth to maintain historic shadow lines. No further follow‑up was recorded at the meeting.
