Johannessen and Village Attorney Lisa Cobb discussed potential burdens the proposal could impose on the village. The board voted 6 to 0 to authorize the chair to coordinate a written response with staff.
On Proposed Local Law 06-2025 (amendment to Chapter 110 regarding signage notification of proposed land use activities or regulations), the board discussed notification requirements, signage cost and maintenance, and timing. Village Attorney Lisa Cobb listed the items that would require notification by sign. The board again voted to authorize the chair to coordinate a response to the Village Board of Trustees, 6 to 0.
