Building Inspector Peter J. Miley said items remaining to be confirmed include relocation or removal of a dumpster (placement outside the rear of the building would require a variance) and fire‑safety items. Village consultants will conduct a site inspection to confirm outstanding items.
Michael McGuirk moved to give the Building Inspector discretion to issue a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy; Crystal Pickard seconded and the motion carried 6–0.
