The Planning Board of the Village/Town of Mount Kisco voted unanimously to re-approve site-plan PB2023-0440 for Reliable Auto and Truck Repair at 21 Cary Place.
Charles V. Martabano, Esq., attorney for the applicant, and Richard (Rich) Williams of Insite Engineering presented the re-approval request. Martabano said the license agreement required for the project “took longer than expected,” which delayed finalizing the project. The board raised no objections to the re-approval.
Co-Chair Michael McGuirk moved to grant the proposed re-approval resolution; W. Robert Phillips seconded the motion. The board carried the motion by a vote of 4 to 0.
The resolution implements the previously approved site plan as modified by the licensing timeline; meeting minutes indicate no additional conditions were added at this session. The Planning Board did not request further submissions for this item, and no vote tallies or dissenting comments were recorded beyond the stated unanimous approval.
The Planning Board then advanced to the next agenda item; no additional action on Reliable Auto was scheduled at this meeting.
