The Mount Kisco Planning Board handled a series of procedural and routine matters at its March 25 meeting, approving minutes, directing staff on outstanding items and voting unanimously on several motions.
Minutes: Co-Chair Michael McGuirk moved to approve the minutes of Feb. 25, 2025 and Sept. 13, 2022; Co-Chair Crystal Pickard seconded and the motion carried 6–0.
BDM Properties (28 Britton Lane / 74 S. Moger Avenue): Applicant John Diotte appeared for a change-of-use and site plan re-approval. After a brief staff review and discussion of remaining work, the Board directed staff to prepare a draft resolution for the April 22, 2025 meeting.
Burgler Subdivision (2½ Leonard Street): The Board granted the applicant a six-month extension to October 22, 2025; the motion was moved, seconded and passed 6–0.
Blue Point Realty (510 Lexington Avenue): Applicant Jan Fabry confirmed receipt of the draft resolution and had no additional questions; the Board adopted the draft resolution by vote, 6–0.
Lexington Townhomes (325 Lexington Avenue): The Board moved to circulate its intent to be Lead Agency for the environmental review of the Leonard Brandes, AIA townhome project; the motion passed 6–0.
Adjournment: Co-Chair Crystal Pickard moved to adjourn; the motion passed 6–0 and the meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
