The Planning Board reviewed revised materials for the Buckingham Properties project at 118 N. Bedford Road and 126 Barker Street on March 25. Project representatives — Rich Williams of Insite Engineering, attorney Charlie Martabano, Kate Racinelli of Buckingham Properties and Gary Gianfrancesco of AKRF — presented changes made since the project last appeared before the Board.
Board members and staff discussed photo simulations and requested that the applicant provide different, more life-like renderings. The Board directed the applicant to meet with staff to discuss the requested changes and to resubmit the revised renderings before further Board action. No formal vote on project approval was recorded at this meeting.
