Wabash council adopts Title VI plan and designates ADA coordinator

Scott Richardson and I shared it," Shellyley said, describing past shared responsibilities and the need to designate a single coordinator and procedures going forward.
Council members asked procedural questions about the annual adoption cadence and staff roles; the council said it would ensure the plan is taken up annually even though it had been two years since the last formal adoption. Both resolutions were approved by roll call.
The designations clarify who will accept Title VI/ADA complaints and manage implementation tasks. The council indicated staff will circulate signature forms and follow up on administrative steps.
