At the April 22 meeting Jamie Scoli of 461 Lexington Avenue, LLC and architect Phillip Ceradini presented an amended conceptual plan for a parcel identified as PB2016-0329.
Scoli described an updated design that would include seven townhomes, parking along the Lexington Avenue frontage and rear patios. The Planning Board discussed procedural next steps, including the possibility of a land swap with the Village of Mount Kisco to accommodate project requirements and to clarify property limits.
The presentation was heard as a conceptual application (including steep slopes and wetlands permit considerations). The board did not take a formal vote on the conceptual submission; staff and the applicant will pursue the next steps identified in the discussion.
