"I make a motion to wave the two reading rule," one councilor said; the motion carried on roll call.
Following that action the council unanimously approved presented invoices and the May financial statements. Director of Finance Gina said she is beginning work on the 2027 tax budget and will meet with the finance committee to finalize revenue estimates for the coming fiscal cycle.
