Council declines to finalize funding for $513,500 King's Animal Clinic purchase; clerk flags lack of budget

Separately, Mast said she is coordinating with the Topeka Chamber of Commerce on Fourth of July communications and forming a committee; the town attorney recommended the council determine whether long-term oversight of the event should be assigned to the Parks Department or Parks Board.
